Ingredients to make Gulab Pak

  • Milk 1.5 litre
  • Sugar 50 grams
  • Pistachio 50 grams(blanched and chopped)
  • Almond 5-6 chopped
  • Rose petals 50 grams
  • Rose essence 1 drop
  • Ghee 1 spoon for greasing plate

How to make Gulab Pak

  1. Take a pan and boil milk in it.
  2. When milk is reduced to half add rose petals ,rose essence ,sugar and cook untill it becomes thick.
  3. When the mixture become thick spread it on a greased plate and let it set for about 20-25 minutes.
  4. Cut in desired shapes and enjoy. Yummy! Pak
