ABOUT Fruit Custard RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk - 2 litres
  2. Custard powder of your choice - 1 packet
  3. Chopped mixed fruits (like bananas, apples, grapes etc) - 1 cup
  4. Sugar to taste
  5. Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Add custard powder to a cup of chilled milk and stir well.
  2. Boil the rest of the milk and add sugar to it.
  3. Now add that custard mixture to the boiled milk and stir well.
  4. Remove it from the flame when the milk thickens.
  5. Now add the chopped fruits.
  6. Sprinkle cardamom powder and keep it in the refrigerator. Serve it chilled.
