Chanapora

Ingredients to make Chanapora

  • 500 millilitre full fat cow milk
  • Sugar powder as per taste
  • Dry fruits chopped
  • Normal sugar for caramel
  • Juice of 2 lemon
  • Ghee for greasing
  • Sugar granules for caramel
  • Green cardamom powder

How to make Chanapora

  1. Heat the milk and put lemon juice for making chenna.
  2. Strain it in a clean cloth and let the water seperate.
  3. Now in a blender put the chenna, sugar powder, 4 tablespoon elaici powder and make lump free paste.
  4. Now grease a baking pudding mould with ghee and sprinkle sugar on it, pour the mixture and bake it covering with foil paper.
  5. Let it bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 180 degree celsius.
  6. Serve hot garnished with few dry fruits and raisins.
My Tip: Flavor can be changed with different fruit pulps.
