Ingredients to make Veggie Oats

  • Oats 1cup
  • Onion 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  • Garlic clove 2, finely chopped
  • Carrot 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  • Green peas 1/4 cup
  • Capsicum 1/4 cup
  • Sweetcorn 1/4 cup
  • Pineapple 1/4 cup
  • Coriander leaves
  • Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon

How to make Veggie Oats

  1. Take oats in a pan, roast it for a few minutes, then take it out on a plate.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onion, cook for a minute, add all other vegetables, pineapple, mix well and cook for 5 minutes on a high flame.
  3. Then add 1 cup of water, salt, pepper powder, turmeric powder and oats.
  4. Cook for 5-8 minutes, garnish with coriander leaves.
