Ingredients to make Princess Delight

  • Condensed milk 300 millilitre
  • Milk 300 millilitre
  • Yogurt 300 millilitre
  • Custard powder 1 tablespoon
  • Corn flour 1 teaspoon
  • Ripe mango pulp 2 cups

How to make Princess Delight

  1. In a big bowl, add condensed milk, milk, yogurt and both flour. Mix all together and nicely beat with beater.
  2. Heat steam cooker or big pot and add two or three glasses of water. Now in a steam mold pour milk mixture .
  3. Put the mold in steamer, cover it and steam 15 to 20 minutes. After 15 minutes turn off the flame.
  4. Take out the mold from the steamer. Cool down for few minutes at room temperature and then in the fridge for 2 hours.
  5. After 2 hours, invert the pudding upside down on the serving platter. Dress the pudding sides with mango pulp, and fill the center as well. Serve and enjoy.
