Ingredients to make Suji rasgulla

  • Suji 3/4 cup
  • Milk 3 cups
  • sugar 1 cup
  • Cardomom powder 1/4 tblspn
  • Water 1 1/2 Cup
  • Ghee 3 tblspns

How to make Suji rasgulla

  1. In a pan add milk and heat till it starts to boil.
  2. Once it comes to boil, lower the flame and add ghee, 3spoons of sugar and suji to it.
  3. Keep on stirring while adding the suji. Stir the mixture till all the milk is absorbed by suji and becomes one big lump.
  4. Now, keep this mixture aside to get cool down.
  5. Meanwhile, take another pan. Add sugar and water, boil it till the sugar is completely melted.
  6. Add cardamom powder to the sugar syrup and boil it for another 5 mins, we don't need this syrup to become single thread constancy. So, switch off the flame.
  7. Make small balls out of the suji mixture and dip them in sugar syrup. Let them rest for 1-2 hours and serve them.
