Ingredients to make Wheat Dry Fruits Delite

  • wheat seeds - 2 bowl
  • Milk - 2 litre
  • cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • sugar - 4 teaspoon or as per taste
  • Milk maid - 4 teaspoon
  • Roasted Chopped dry fruits like almonds, kaju and raisins ( kishmish)
  • Chopped pista and silver vark for garnish

How to make Wheat Dry Fruits Delite

  1. Soak wheat seeds whole night.
  2. Next day boil the seeds in cooker with some water.
  3. When seeds become soft strain the seeds.
  4. Boil the milk in heavy bottom vessel. When milk is boiled add boiled seeds.
  5. Put the vessel on slow flame. And cook it till milk reduces to half. Stir at regular intervals of 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. When milk reduces half and you get a perfect texture of dessert. Add milkmaid, cardamom powder, and chopped roasted dry fruits.
  7. Add sugar according to the taste. Pour in serving bowl, garnish with chopped pista and silver vark.

My Tip:

Stir regularly at the interval of 3 to 4 minutes otherwise your dessert can burn.
