Mango Sandesh

Ingredients to make Mango Sandesh

  • Milk - 1/2 litre
  • lemon juice - 2 teaspoon
  • Thick mango slices - 4
  • Milk powder - 2 teaspoon
  • Rose water - few drops
  • sugar Powder - 2 teaspoon or as per taste
  • rose peatls , Chopped pista and mint leaves for garnish

How to make Mango Sandesh

  1. First boil the milk and add lemon juice.
  2. When the milk gets curdled, strain it and let it cool. From this method make homemade chenna ( Paneer).
  3. Cool chenna properly. Add rose water, milk powder, and sugar powder.
  4. Mix well with a spatula.
  5. Take firm slices of mango.
  6. Place the layer of chenna mixture on the slices of mango.
  7. Garnish with rose petals, chopped pista and mint leaves.
  8. Your yummy easy to make dessert is ready.

My Tip:

Put in the fridge and let it cool. Serve cooled.
