Ingredients to make Bread dose

  • Dose rice....2 cup
  • Milk.....3/4 litre
  • curd.....1/4 litre
  • urad dal......2 spoon
  • Thick beaten rice(poha)....1/4 cup
  • salt......1/2 spoon
  • sugar.....1spoon(option)

How to make Bread dose

  1. Wash rice,uraddal,poha and soake them 4 hours.
  2. After soaking transfer the ingredients in to mixi jar with milk and grind them.
  3. Transfer the grinded mix into vessel.
  4. Add curd to the mix and mix well.
  5. Leave the vessel closed for the whole night.
  6. If required add little water,salt & sugar to the mix and dose batter is ready.
  7. On a heated tava ,pour batter and prepared bread dose.
  8. serve with love and sagu...chatny...dal saru..
My Tip: Fenugreek used instead of urad dal if wanted.
