Ginger and Anjeer Pepsicle

Ingredients to make Ginger and Anjeer Pepsicle

  • 500ml ful fat milk
  • 1/2 tin condensed milk
  • 1 inch ginger piece coarsaly crushed
  • 3-4 tsp anjeer paste
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

How to make Ginger and Anjeer Pepsicle

  1. In a deep pan take milk and coarsely crushed ginger and keep it over gas to boil,boil it till milk is just half in quantity.
  2. when milk half in quantity switch of gas and strain it in other bowl and left it cool.
  3. when it cool transfer this ginger milk in mixing jar add condensed milk,anjeer paste and vanilla essence in it and mix well.
  4. when it mix nicely transfer this slightly thick mixture in kulfi mold and keep this mold in deep freezer to set.
  5. when it set serve this pepsicle as it is for more taste.
My Tip: Carefully use ginger quantity otherwise it spoil the taste of kulfi.
