Ginger and Anjeer Popsicle

Ingredients to make Ginger and Anjeer Popsicle

  • 500 millilitre full fat milk
  • 1/2 tin condensed milk
  • 1 inch ginger piece coarsaly crushed
  • 3-4 teaspoon anjeer paste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

How to make Ginger and Anjeer Popsicle

  1. In a deep pan take milk and coarsely crushed ginger and keep it over gas to boil and boil it till milk is just half in quantity.
  2. When milk is half in quantity switch off the gas and strain it in other bowl and leave it to cool.
  3. When it cools transfer this ginger milk in mixing jar, add condensed milk, anjeer paste and vanilla essence in it and mix well.
  4. When it mixes nicely transfer this slightly thick mixture in kulfi mold and keep this mold in deep freezer to set.
  5. When it sets serve this popsicle as it is for more taste.
My Tip: Carefully use ginger quantity otherwise it spoil the taste of kulfi.
