ABOUT Raspberry Sheer Pira RECIPE

A milk fudge with a punch of Raspberries.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup Milk powder
  2. 1/2 cup Sugar
  3. 1/2 cup Water
  4. 1/2 teaspoon Rose water
  5. 1/2 teaspoon Cardamon powder
  6. 10 grams Crushed almonds for topping
  7. 50 grams Crushed almonds
  8. 50 grams Crushed walnuts
  9. 30 grams Dried raspberries

Instructions

  1. In bowl add milk powder, crushed walnuts, crushed almonds, raspberries, rose water and cardamon powder, then dry mix.
  2. Take a tray and place parchment paper for spreading the syrup mixture.
  3. In a pan add sugar and water and place the pan on heat
  4. Stir till sugar dissolves in the water and reduce the heat to medium.
  5. Simmer the liquid till it forms single thread consistency.
  6. To check the consistency, just touch the laddle with forefinger and then touch with the thumb finger, while pulling apart the fingers, one thread should be formed and the thread should not break.
  7. At this stage, tranfer the syrup to the milk powder mixture slowly.
  8. Mix the mixture without any lumps.
  9. Pour the syrup mixture into the tray covered with a parchment paper.
  10. Spread with a spatula.
  11. Add crushed almonds for topping in the ingredients list on the top and with the spatula gently press the almonds into the syrup mixture.
  12. Allow it cool down for 5 minutes.
  13. Cut into squares and serve.
