Crispy Tangy Veggie Balls

Ingredients to make Crispy Tangy Veggie Balls

  • Cabbage, 1 cup, grated
  • Carrot, 1/2 cup, grated
  • Capsicum 1/2 cup grated
  • Boiled corn, 1/4 cup
  • Ginger-garlic, grated 2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • Cornflour 1/2 cup or as required for binding
  • Grated cheese, 1/4 cup
  • Coriander leaves, few
  • Oil for frying

How to make Crispy Tangy Veggie Balls

  1. Take grated cabbage and squeeze to remove excess water.
  2. Take grated carrot and squeeze to remove excess water.
  3. Mix cabbage and carrot well.
  4. Now add capsicum, ginger-garlic and mix well.
  5. Now add corns and mix.
  6. Now add salt, black pepper powder and mix everything well.
  7. Now add cornflour to the veggies and mix well and take small amount of mixture in hands and try to bind it if it gets properly shaped then the mix is ready.
  8. Now take some amount of mix in hand add grated cheese and bind it together.
  9. Repeat for whole mixture and prepare the balls. Meanwhile heat the oil too.
  10. Now when the oil is ready drop the balls into it and deep fry until golden brown.
  11. Your delicious balls are ready.
  12. Garnish with coriander leaves and cream if you want. Enjoy!
