- 2 cups atta/whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup semolina/sooji
- about 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup melted ghee
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar (can add more or less acc to taste)
- 4-8 almonds ground coarsely or slivered
- 2 green cardamoms(remove seeds and crush discard husk)
- ghee for deep frying
