Ingredients to make ChanadalEggPakora-InMySTYLE

  • Chana dal paste - 1 CUP
  • Boiled eggs - 2
  • Onion paste - 1 TABLE SPOON
  • Ginger /garlic paste - 1/2 TABLE SPOON
  • Green chilli paste - 1 TEA SPOON
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon
  • Refined oil- to fry
  • Salt - to taste

How to make ChanadalEggPakora-InMySTYLE

  1. Cut boiled eggs into halves and keep aside
  2. Take a bowl and add chana dal paste,onion paste, ginger /garlic paste, green chilli paste, turmeric powder, salt n mix it well
  3. Take a frying pan. On the gas. Place the pan in gas. Pour refined oil in the pan. Heat it.
  4. Dip the half eggs into the batter one by one.
  5. Deep Fry it in d oil until golden brown.
  6. Remove the pakoras from d pan and serve hot with tomato sauce and salad
