Ingredients to make bear burger with fruits

  • 1 cup maida
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 165 ml water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt
  • Razma and whole black pepper for eyes and nose
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • For tikki---
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup grated vegeies like--- carrot , beetroot ,potato
  • 2 cheese slice
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 2 tbsp ketch up
  • Onion rings
  • Tomato rings
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Olives
  • Salt and pepper
  • For fruits---
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 orange
  • 1 kiwi

How to make bear burger with fruits

  1. Put warm water in a pan
  2. Add yeast and sugar and let it active
  3. Then add salt and oil gradually
  4. Add flour and stir
  5. Make dough and knead it till glossy and tacky
  6. Leave for 1hour in cling
  7. Then knead it again and give shape of face
  8. Make eyes and nose
  9. Again leave them for half an hour
  10. Then in a preheated oven bake them for 25 min on 180
  11. Now make patties by adding all ingredents
  12. Add spices
  13. Roll in bread crumb and fry them
  14. Now cut burger in halves
  15. Roast lightly
  16. Mix mayo and sauce and spread it on burger bread then put lettuce
  17. Then arrange onion rings over it
  18. Put a Patty on it and arrange tomato slices
  19. Sprinkle salt and pepper
  20. Cover it with other bear's face part of bun
  21. Now make fruit salad
  22. Arrange like a tree
  23. Garnish with olives and sauce
