ABOUT Jamun Mazza Icecream RECIPE

It is a fantastic icecream of kaka jamun. Very very easy to prepare and very tasty to eat. It's colour is also beautiful

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup kaka jamun puree
  2. 1/2 Cup Milkmaid
  3. 1/4 cup sugar
  4. 1cup whipped cream
  5. 2 tbsp Black current crush
  6. Mint and jamun for garnish

Instructions

  1. We will deseed jamuns
  2. Make puree of them
  3. Add sugar
  4. Take milkmaid and beat them
  5. Add whipped cream and fold
  6. Take an airtight container and pour mix in it
  7. Keep in freezer for 6hours
  8. At the time of serving garnish with mint leave and jamun
