Instant rabdi

Ingredients to make Instant rabdi

  • 1.5 lite full cream milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 spoon cardamom pwd
  • 100 gms everyday milk powder
  • 1.5 spoon cornflour
  • 1.5 spoon vanilla custard powder

How to make Instant rabdi

  1. In a saucepan add all the above ingredients
  2. One by one take care milk should be cold not hot otherwise eggs will cuddle
  3. Blend it nicely
  4. Cook on high flame stirring continously otherwise it will stick to the bottom
  5. U will see nice creamy texture taste the sugar as per ur taste u can adjust the sweetness
  6. Keep in refrigerator and allow it to cool
  7. Put dry fruits like almond cashew nuts chopped as per ur choice
  8. U can also add chopped strawberry or kiwi just before serving
  9. It tastes heaven when it us cooled nicely
