Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 4 ripe mangoes
  2. Sugar 8 teaspoon
  3. Half lemon juice
  4. Ghee for greasing the surface

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the mangoes.
  2. Cut the mangoes.
  3. Put in grinder and make into a smooth puree.
  4. Add sugar.
  5. Cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Grease the plates.
  7. Spread a thin layer of the mixture onto the greased plates.
  8. Keep in sunlight for 2 days.
  9. Cut and roll the papad.
