Ingredients to make Pinwheel samosa..

  • Boiled n mashed potatoes 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Dhaniya powder 1tsp
  • garam masala powder 1tsp
  • Dhaniya powder 1tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/3 tsp
  • Amchur 1/3 tsp
  • Samber masala 1tsp
  • Ingredients for dough..
  • Wheat flour 1bowl
  • Salt a pinch
  • Water 1¹/² cup or as per requirement..

How to make Pinwheel samosa..

  1. Take a bowl add flour n salt in it n slowly add water n make a fine dough..
  2. Then take a bowl add potatoes n masala in it n mix it well.
  3. Then take a ball of dough.. N make big roti with the help of belan..
  4. Spread potato filling on the roti n roll it.. Then cut pieces.. N deep fry it.. On medium flame.. When it become light brown ..n crispy a well its done..
