  • Mainda or Suji 2 medium sized bowl
  • Elachi powder pinch of
  • Sugar 2 bowl
  • Water 2 Glasses
  • Milk As per required for making dough
  • Oil or ghee for fry

  1. First take Mainda, baking soda and khoya mix it properly .make their dough by using milk..
  2. Rest it for 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile make chasni.
  4. For that take one pan add water and Elachi powder and sugar..
  5. Boil that water until sugar dilute.
  6. Now put it aside ..
  7. Now take that dough and make their small balls..
  8. Fry it in oil or ghee until golden brown.
