Ingredients to make Tricolour sandwich

  • 1. Bread - 8 slice
  • 2. Green chutney
  • 3. Tomato sauce
  • 4.Curd
  • 5. Food colour- green, red, yellow
  • 6. Maida- 3 to 4 tbsp
  • 7. Water as required
  • 8. Salt as per taste
  • 9. Oil for deep frying

How to make Tricolour sandwich

  1. 1. Take the green chutney and add green colour.
  2. 2. Add yellow colour and little bit salt into curd.
  3. 3. Add red colour to the tomato sauce.
  4. 4. Now take the maida in bowl and add salt and add some water to make the smooth batter.
  5. 5. Now take one slice and spread curd over it.
  6. 6. Cover it with the second slice of bread and spread tomato sauce over it.
  7. 7. Put the third slice on it and spread green chutney.
  8. 8. Put last slice over it and deep all together in to the maida batter.
  9. 9. Now heat the oil and fry it till it becomes golden brown.
  10. 10. Take the sandwich on the tissue paper to soak the extra oil.
  11. 11. Now cut the sandwich into triangle shape and serve it hot.
