ABOUT Mango Kulfi RECIPE

Kulfi is a frozen milk base Indian dessert loved by everyone.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk - 250ml
  2. Mango puree - 2.5cups
  3. Sugar - 1/2cup or as per taste
  4. Cardamon powder - 1/2 tablespoon
  5. Saffron - 4/5strands
  6. Cornflour- 1.5tablespoon
  7. Water- 2tablespoon

Instructions

  1. 1- In a heavy bottom pan heat milk untill its boiled.
  2. 2- Add cornflour to water & put that mixture to milk stir it continuously so that no lumps will formed add sugar & cook it for around 20-25minutes.
  3. 3- Than switch off the flame add mango pure, cardamon powder & saffron strands mix it properly.
  4. 4- After it cools down pour the mixture in to kulfi moulds & freeze it for 10-12 hours or over night.
  5. 5- Remove it from freezer just before serving & keep the moulds in water for some time so that the kulfi removes easily.
