Ingredients to make Snake Gourd Moru Kootan
- Snake gourd - 2 medium size
- Tumeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
- curd - 1 1/2 cup
- Grind : coconut scraps - 1/2 cup
- Grind : green chillies - 3
- cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- For seasoning : oil - 2 tsp
- mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
How to make Snake Gourd Moru Kootan
My Tip:
Seasoning with coconut oil, it will increase the flavour.
