Mango cheese roll

Ingredients to make Mango cheese roll

  • Ripe Mango/ aam-1or2
  • Chhena/cottage cheese-50gm
  • Sugar powder-3-4tbsp
  • 1/4 tsp Elaichi powder

How to make Mango cheese roll

  1. Put grated paneer and add powdered sugar and cardamom powder. Mix it well and make a smooth mixture.
  2. Mixture shold be like this not so loose or tight
  3. Peel the skin of mango and cut the mango into thin slices
  4. . Take one slice of mango and spoon the paneer mixture in one corner of slice or you can also spread the paneer mixture over the mango slice.
  5. Roll the mango into cylinder and sealed the ends.
  6. Insert a tooth pick to seal the end tightly.
  7. Garnish with colourful sprinkle(optional) ,Keep it in a refrigerator to make it cool n serve it... u may serve it instantly
My Tip: U may use mawa too for filling in side
