Ingredients to make Mango Rabri prepared with milk powder and kewra water

  • Full cream Milk 3 cup
  • Milk powder 1/1/2 cup
  • ghee 1/2 cup
  • Sugar as per taste or 2 tbsp
  • Kewra water 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts 2 tbsp
  • Mango puree 1 cup
  • cardamom powder 1 tsp

How to make Mango Rabri prepared with milk powder and kewra water

  1. Mix milk, milk powder and ghee and churn in mixer for 5 minutes. Boil in a heavy bottom pan stir continuously till become thick consistency
  2. Now add chopped nuts,mango puree,cardamom powder and sugar cook it for 5 minute more Turn off the flame now.
  3. Add kevra water and serve chilled.

My Tip:

also garnish with some chopped mango chunks.
