Ingredients to make Sago tikki

  • Sago 2 bowl
  • Water 2 Glasses
  • Messed potatoes 1 bowl
  • Ginger chilli paste 1 tea spoon
  • salt as per taste
  • Black pepper powder pinch of
  • oil for deep fry
  • Lemon juice 1tea spoon
  • Sugar 2 table spoons

How to make Sago tikki

  1. Before making this dish first add 2 glasses of water in sago and put it on rest for 4 hours.
  2. Then strain all water properly from sago and add above all ingredients and make their tikkis.
  3. Deep fried in oil.
  4. Serve with chatni.
My Tip: Strain water properly for that you can use strainer too.
