Mango dry fruit custard

Ingredients to make Mango dry fruit custard

  • 1/2 litre milk
  • 3 tbsp custard powder
  • Sugar (as required)
  • Puree of 1 mango
  • Dry fruits(cashewnut,almonds,raisins etc)
  • Tutti-fruity
  • I 5
  • I apple
  • 1/2 pomegrante
  • 1/2 papaya

How to make Mango dry fruit custard

  1. Boil 450ml milk.
  2. Add custard powder to the remaining 50ml
  3. Add the milk of custard powder to the boiling milk.
  4. Keep mixing the boiling milk till the time it gets thick
  5. Make mango puree with mango and sugar
  6. When the milk comes at room temperature then put it in fridge for 1 hour.
  7. Cut banana,apple,papaya, pomegranate into small pieces.
  8. Cut dry fruits into small pieces
  9. Pour the milk mixture into a bowl and garnish it with fruits, dry fruits and tutti-fruity.
  10. Your custard is ready. Enjoy!

My Tip:

You can add cornflour if the milk is not getting thickened.
