This recipe is inspired from chef amrita raichand . Very easy to make and eyecatching recipe for kids or as well as for us .

Roasted peanut pops

Ingredients to make Roasted peanut pops

  • 2 cup dry coconut powder or desicnated coconut
  • 1 cup roasted peanut
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tsp ghee /butter
  • some dry coconut powder for coating

How to make Roasted peanut pops

  1. First take a blender and grind roasted peanut like a powder .
  2. Now take a nonstick pan put dry coconut powder and roasted peanut powder and 1 tsp ghee , cardamon powder into it .
  3. After 2 minutes add condensed milk . Cook this mixture until leaves the sides of the pan . Turn off the gas and let it get cool .
  4. Grease your palm with ghee or butter , take some mixture on palm and roll it like pops . Then coated this with dry coconut powder .
  5. Use saute stick or pops stick for hold the pops . Garnish these pops as per your choice .

My Tip:

When u add condensed milk ,take some mixture into your hand cheack if mixture dorm like a ball then condesed milk is sufficient, you can use DDL ( dulce de leche ) too instead of condensed milk.
