ABOUT Capsicum egg masala RECIPE

This recipe is very easy and tasty. It is a combo of indian and Chinese style. Great for sudden surprise party.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Capsicum- 2
  2. Onions-3 ( 2 chopped and 1 diced into cubes)
  3. Tomatoes-4
  4. Salt, turmeric, Chilli powder- as per our taste
  5. Ginger, garlic - finely chopped
  6. Pepper powder- to sprinkle
  7. Eggs-5 ( boiled and halved)

Instructions

  1. In a non stick pan, add oil and fry onions and then after 5 min add tomatoes. Add salt, Turmeric powder and chilli powder and saute till thick. Transfer it into a mixie jar and make a thick paste after cooled.
  2. In the same non stick pan, add boiled and halved eggs in little oil. Sprinkle little salt and chilli powder and fry on both sides and transfer it into a plate gently.
  3. Now in the same non stick pan, add oil and chopped ginger and garlic and later cubed capsicum and onion pieces and saute for 5 min.
  4. Sprinkle little salt and pepper powder and saute for few minutes.
  5. Now add the onion tomato paste and saute for 5 min and transfer it into a serving bowl. Add the fried egg on the top of masala curry. Garnish with coriander and onion slices .
