Ingredients to make onion rawa dosa

  • 2 cups rawa/semolina
  • 2 cups rice flour
  • half cup maida/apf
  • 2-3 cups of onions finely chopped
  • 3-4 greenchilli crushed or finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 2-3 glass of water

How to make onion rawa dosa

  1. mix rawa-rice flour and maida
  2. add greenchilli
  3. add salt to taste
  4. add water batter should be thinner than kadhi
  5. now put dosa tawa on flame
  6. sprinkle some onions on it
  7. now sprinkle batter with help of your finger
  8. cover whole tawa like this with batter
  9. now in holes add some drop of ghee orbutter
  10. as it turns out to be golden brown remove gentle
  11. onion rawa dosa is ready to serve with chutney
