Spicy Chicken Tikka

Ingredients to make Spicy Chicken Tikka

  • bone less chicken- 200 grams - cut in square pieces
  • tomato-2 cut in square pieces
  • garlic powder -1 /2 tsp
  • onion powder -1 tsp
  • onion -2 cut in square pieces
  • basil (dry)-1/2 tsp
  • red chili powder-1 tsp
  • turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  • special chicken masala-1/2 tsp
  • curd -50 grams
  • butter -1 tbsp
  • black pepper -1 /4 crushed
  • green bell pepper-1 cut in square pieces
  • salt according to taste
  • oil -2 tsp

How to make Spicy Chicken Tikka

  1. First wash bone less chicken cut in square pieces. Cut onion , bell pepper and tomato in square pieces. Add curd and all spieces. Marinate them all together along with 1 tsp of oil. Refrigerate this for one hour.
  2. After one hour assemble chicken pieces ,tomato pieces, bell pepper and onion in square . Heat grill pan , add oil and butter .
  3. Put tikka and roast it . Turn it and cook properly . Serve with any Dip.
