Ingredients to make Cheesy Rolls

  • Bread slices -4
  • Mayonnaise - 1-2 tbs
  • Mozarella Cheese - 1/4 cup
  • Boiled mashed potatoes -1-2
  • Cottage Cheese (Paneer)- 1/4 cup
  • Salt as per your taste
  • Chaat masala - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Oil for frying

How to make Cheesy Rolls

  1. Take a bowl and add cheese, Paneer, potatoes, Salt, coriander leaves, chaat masala, Mayonnaise, Chilli flakes....mix well
  2. Now take bread slices and cut the edges and sprinkle few drops of water and roll out with the help of rolling pin...
  3. Now fill the stuffing and make a round shape
  4. Now deep fry in hot oil on Medium flame
