Ingredients to make Khasta kachori

  • For dough
  • 2 cup APF..Maida
  • 1/3 cup Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • A pinch of baking soda
  • For stuffing
  • 3/4 cup urad dal...split and husked black lentils
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
  • Salt to taste

How to make Khasta kachori

  1. Soak urad dal for 2 hours and grind coarsely
  2. Now make a dough with chilled water...Just bind the dough Nd keep aside fr 30 Minutes...
  3. Now make stuffing ...Take 1 tbsp oil in wok..
  4. Add all spices...Roast a little...
  5. Add grinded dal Nd salt...Roast till dal completely dries..Cool the stuffing
  6. Now make a roll from dough...Put stuffing in center...Close Nd make kachoris with hand...
  7. Now deep fry at low flame...Wait till it becomes golden brown..It will take around 10 minutes..
  8. Your Yummy khasta kachoris r ready...Serve with Aaloo ki subzi Nd chutney....
