ABOUT Capsicum egg masala RECIPE

This recipe is very easy and tasty. It is a combo of indian and Chinese style. Great for sudden surprise party.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Capsicum- 2
  2. Onions-3
  3. Tomatoes-4
  4. Eggs-5( boiled and halved)
  5. Salt, chilli powder- as per our taste
  6. Turmeric powder- little
  7. Ginger and garlic - finely chopped
  8. Pepper powder- little

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil 5 eggs and remove their shells and cut into half.
  2. Fry onions and tomatoes and blend into a smooth paste along with salt, turmeric and chilli powder
  3. In a non stick pan fry eggs on both sides . Sprinkle salt and chilli powder and gently place in a plate.
  4. In the same non stick pan, add oil and add chopped ginger and garlic and saute for 5 min.
  5. Now add diced onions and capscicum and saute for 5 min
  6. Sprinkle little salt and pepper powder and next add onion tomato paste
  7. Saute for 5 min and transfer into serving bowl.
  8. Add the fried egg halves and garnish with coriander leaves.
