Ingredients to make color full khandvi

  • 2-cup beasn
  • 6- cup butter milk
  • Salt
  • spinach plup
  • beetroot ras
  • Haldi
  • Mustard seeds
  • Coriander leaves
  • jeera-1 spoon
  • sesame seeds -3 spoon
  • Hing

How to make color full khandvi

  1. Take one pan add 1-cup besan, butter-3 cup ,salt mix well cook nicely tell to thick consistency
  2. first you can check put in one sids of dish it can be roll means better is ready
  3. Now spread all better on the steel plat ya silver foil paper cut it and rool it
  4. Same things you can do it red khandvi add beet root ras( grated and remove water)
  5. ready red khandvi
  6. Same process for green khandvi ( left over 1-cup besan you can divide for red and green khandvi)
  7. Add 1/2- cup besan , 1 1/2 cup butter milk and 1/2- cup spinach plup cook well and
  8. continue stair it all colors roll ready
  9. take one pan add oil , mustard seeds, jeera, sesame seeds spread on all khandvi
  10. ready to serve for garnishing use coriander leaves
