Ingredients to make Banoffee Pie in Short Glasses

  • 4 bananas
  • 20-25 marigold biscuits
  • 100 gms melted butter
  • 1 tin dolce de leche
  • 400 gms whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp salted caramel sauce
  • Few chocolate flakes for garnishing.

How to make Banoffee Pie in Short Glasses

  1. Powder biscuits in processor and add melted butter to achieve sand like texture.
  2. Place this inside a shot glass and press gently.
  3. Let this rest in fridge for some time.
  4. Now take it from fridge add one spoon of dolce de leche and level it with back of the spoon.
  5. Add few chopped bananas and again add spoon of dolce de leche and level it.
  6. Next again add in bananas followed by dolce de leche and repeat till little portion is left in top.
  7. Add whipped cream and level it with a palate knife.
  8. Decorate it with shredded chocolate, sliced banana and caramel sauce.
  9. Keep in fridge and serve chilled.
