Rose shapped rolls is a Turkish dish.It is very good appetizer to be served for party.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Plain flour or Maida - 5cups
  2. Milk - 1cup warm
  3. Dry yeast - 1tablespoon
  4. Oil - 1/2cup
  5. Sugar - 1tablespoon
  6. Salt - as per taste
  7. Eggs - 2
  8. Sesame seeds - 2tablespoon
  9. Cheese - 1cup
  10. Parsely - 1cup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine yeast & sugar to it add warm milk.
  2. Let it rest for 10minutes untill the yeast is activated.
  3. Add one egg, salt & oil to it than mix it well add flour & knead it for about 10minutes.
  4. Then keep the dough for resting for about 1hour.
  5. Combine cheese & parsely together & keep it aside.
  6. After one hour take the dough knead it for 2-3minutes.
  7. Make small balls from it & role it into circles.
  8. Place the parsely & cheese filling at centre & cut it from four sides.
  9. Apply egg yolk to it & put some sesame seeds on it.
  10. Place the rose shapped rolls into baking tray & put it in pre heated oven.
  11. Cook it in the oven at 200C for about 20-25minutes.
  12. Remove it & serve it.
