ABOUT Stuffted Capsicum RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Capsicum 5-6 medium size
  2. Potato 3 boiled
  3. Nuts 200 gm roasted crushed
  4. Onion 1 fine chopped
  5. Green chill 2-3 chopped
  6. Coriander leafs 2 tsp chopped
  7. Hing 2pinch
  8. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  10. Oli for frying
  11. Dry mango powder 1 tsp
  12. Salt to test

Instructions

  1. Clean and cut that capsicum upper side seeds it. Peal potato and mash,mix in to roasted crushed nut,salt ,red chill powder, dry mango powder, crush cheeze, mix all spices.
  2. Take a pan on flame and fry the mashed potato bharta , with some oil and hing ,cumin seeds.
  3. Fill in to capsicum bharta in room Temperature. Take oil in pan for frying capsicum.
  4. Shallow fry the capsicum on all sides and serve hot.
