Wheat flour 2 cups
Besan 1 cup
Buttermilk as per requirement..or 1/2 glass
Salt to taste
Sauf powder 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi 1 & 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Dhaniya powder 1tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Sambhar masala 1/2 tsp

Instructions

Put all ingredients in a bowl except buttermilk.
Then slowly slowly add buttermilk
And make a fine dough..
Then take a ball of dough.. and make chapati with the help of rolling pin .
Then put it on tawa.. and roast. When it become light brown and become properly cooked.. Its done..
