Chinese Bhel

Ingredients to make Chinese Bhel

  • Fried noodles 200gm
  • Chilly sauce red and green 1 teaspoon each
  • Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
  • Tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon
  • Schezwan chutney 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic and ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chat masala 1 Teaspoon
  • Crushed roasted peanuts handful
  • Grated carrot 1/2 cup
  • Grated cabbage 1 cup
  • Boiled Corn kernels 1/2 cup
  • Pomegranate seeds 1/4 cup
  • Finely cut onion 1/2 cup
  • Finely cut capsicum 1/2 cup
  • Grated/ finely cut beetroot 1/4 cup
  • Coriander leaves 1 cup

How to make Chinese Bhel

  1. In a large mixing bowl add chilly, soy and tomato sauce, vinegar and schezwan chutney
  2. Mix well and add pomegranate and corn kernels
  3. Take microwave safe bowl and microwave capsicum and gibger garlic paste for 1 minute with few drops of oil
  4. Now add capsicum and other vegetables to large bowl
  5. Add chat masala, pepper powder, spices and salt
  6. Mix well. Add coarsely ground peanuts
  7. Keep this mixture ready. Just before serving, add fried noodles. Mix well and serve
