Ingredients to make Baked full potato

  • 4 potatoes large
  • Amul cheese cubes 2
  • Cream cheese 4 tbsp
  • mozzarella cheese 4 tbsp
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Amul butter 4 tsp
  • Onion 1 large
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Green chillies - 2
  • Garlic powder - 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste

How to make Baked full potato

  1. Boil potatoes with salt and water, so they remain firm but are boiled.
  2. In a bowl mix all the cheese, minced onion and capsicum.
  3. Add in green chillies, garlic powder, pepper powder and salt.
  4. Take the boiled potatoes and wash thoroughly with cold water. We won't remove the skin. With a knife dig a whole and scoop out the potato.
  5. Add this in the already prepared mix. Repeat with all the potatoes carefully so as to not cause any breakage.
  6. Mix well. In a baking tray add some olive oil, place the scooped potatoes and add 1 tsp butter in each of them.
  7. Add in a scoop of the mixture carefully. You can sprinkle some more pepper powder on top.
  8. Bake at 170 degree centigrade for 40 minutes or till they turn nice golden brown.
My Tip: Clean thoroughly. Add in your preferred spices.
