Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups rice
  2. 5 cups water
  3. 1 tbsp jeera
  4. 2 tbsp oil
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 Green Bell pepper
  7. 1 red bell pepper
  8. 2 green chillies
  9. 3 tbsp coriander leaves
  10. 2 tbsp mint leaves
  11. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  12. 3 dry red chillies
  13. 3 garlic cloves
  14. 1 tbsp tomato paste
  15. Salt to taste
  16. 1 white Onions ,cut slices

Instructions

  1. Heat oil ,add jeera. Add 5 cups water.
  2. When water boils add Rice. Add salt to taste. When bubbling on top of the rice.
  3. Cover and cook slow flame. After 10 minutes check ,rice
  4. Cook properly ,than turn off the flame.
  5. Green chutney- In a mixie add Green bell pepper, green chillies, coriander leaves,mint leaves, lemon juice and salt and make a paste.
  6. Red chutney- In a mixie add red bell pepper, garlic,red chilli,salt, tomato paste, lemon juice and make a paste. Garnish with both colour bell pepper and onion slices. And chutney. Serve and enjoy.
