Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For dough
  2. 3 cups all purpose flour
  3. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  4. 1 1/2 tsp instant yeast
  5. 1 tbsp sugar
  6. 1 tsp Salt
  7. 3 tbsp Oil
  8. 2 tbsp Milk Powder
  9. For Filling
  10. 2 cups boiled and shredded chicken
  11. 1 cup chopped mixed colour bell peppers
  12. 1 tbsp chopped green chillies
  13. 1 tbsp red chilli flakes
  14. 1 tbsp garam masala powder
  15. 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  16. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  17. 1 tbsp butter
  18. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. For Dough : Mix all ingredients together and make a soft dough with little warm water and keep aside 1 hour.
  2. Heat butter fry Onions till soft ,add green chillies, Bell peppers ,shredded chicken Mayonnaise and all spices mix well then add chopped coriander leaves and turn off flame. Let it cool down for 10 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough rectangle shape.put the filling in the middle ,and cut sides see the pic and finish it .
  4. Grease a baking tray and place the bread .
  5. Apply egg and oil. Wash and sprinkle some sesame seeds. Then bake in a preheated oven 250 degree for about 20 minutes,or until cooked properly .
  6. Bake till both sides turn light brown colour. Turn off the oven. Let it cool for 5 minutes. serve and enjoy.
