Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Mc Cain potato fries 20 (fries)
  2. Paneer 50 gram
  3. oil 2 tbsp
  4. white sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  5. Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
  6. Green chillies 2 slit
  7. Green capscicum 1/2 cutted in cubes
  8. Tomatoe ketchup 2 tsp
  9. Red chilli sauce 2 tbsp
  10. Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  11. Vinegar 1 tbsp
  12. Pepper 1 tsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
  15. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  16. Honey 2 tbsp
  17. Caster sugar 1 tsp
  18. 1 tbsp cornflour+2 tbsp water
  19. 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Bake the fries in oven till crisp and cooked.
  2. Heat oil in a wok add sesame seeds garlic and chillies and saute for a while.
  3. Then add capcicum pieces and cook for a second.
  4. Then add all sauces and seasoning and mix.
  5. Then add Corn flour mix and water and keep mixing.
  6. Then add the paneer pieces and cook for a while.
  7. Then add baked fries and mix well so that gravy sticks to the fries.
  8. Cook for 2 min.
  9. Then remove and serve immediately.
