Ingredients to make Pumpkin raita

  • 1 cup grated pumpkin
  • 1 1/2cup yogurt/curd
  • Salt1/2 spoon
  • lemon 1/4
  • green chilly 1
  • coriander leaves little
  • For temper oil 1 spoon
  • mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
  • red chilly 1

How to make Pumpkin raita

  1. Take pumpkin.wash and cut remove the peal and inner soft layer and seeds.
  2. Now grate it.
  3. Take Curd salt chopped green chilly and coriander leaves mix with pumpkin.
  4. Do temper and add. At d last add lemon juice.mix well.Now ready to serve.

My Tip:

If u don't want don't put temper. It gives you the taste like carrot raita
