ABOUT Cauliflower Fries RECIPE

Cauliflower fries is similar to cauliflower bhaji, best for tea time in the same time this is a very good side dish for roti or with rice. Cauliflower is an versatile ingredients can make so many varieties with little variation, the taste will be vary good with exact variations.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Cauliflower 1 cup florets
  2. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  3. salt as per taste
  4. Rice flour 1/4 Cup
  5. Corn flour 1 tsp
  6. Chilli Powder 1 ts
  7. Oil 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Clean and cut the cauliflower florets into bit size pieces, drop them in salted warm water for few mins, drain them and set aside the florets.
  2. In a mixing bowl take the per cooked florets with rice flour, corn flour, chille powder, and some salt ( The salt in the water may not stick the florets well, Carefully add the salt)
  3. Sprinkle few drops of water if needed.. mix the florets with the ingredients.. mix them to coat the paste evenly..
  4. Heat the kadai with oil and deep fry the florets in hot oil, by flipping all the sides..
  5. Serve them hot..
