Ingredients to make Stir Fry Garbanzo (ChickPeas)

  • Boiled Garbanzo 1 cup
  • Olive oil /any cooking oil 2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp Roasted
  • Sesame seeds (white) 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Onion finely chopped
  • Tomato diced & chopped
  • Bell pepper finely chopped
  • Green chillies 1-2
  • Chaat masala to taste
  • Lime juice 1 tsp or to taste
  • Cilantro/green coriander leaves chopped

How to make Stir Fry Garbanzo (ChickPeas)

  1. Heat a wok add oil and add mustard seeds, let it crackle, add boiled garbanzo. Saute and add vegetables. Saute for a minute (I like it crunchy so I saute for only 1 minute only but you can cook for 2-3 minutes if u like it soft).
  2. Then turn off the heat. Add roasted sesame. Season the mix properly. Before serving add the lime juice & garnish with cilantro.
