This is a healthy and warm green bean salad recipe.

Green Bean Salad

Ingredients to make Green Bean Salad

  • Green beans -1 bunch
  • garlic - 10 pieces finely chopped
  • butter/oil - 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Green Bean Salad

  1. Cut the beans in the desired shape that you prefer. Then add these beans to a bowl of water and steam it on a medium heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Transfer these beans to a bowl of ice water (optional to keep the beans crispy).
  3. Add oil to a pan and heat it. Next add garlic and cook till it turns brown. Add chilli and salt to taste, let it cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Finally add the beans and stir fry for a minute or so.
  5. Serve it hot for best taste.
