Veggie Supreme Pizza

Ingredients to make Veggie Supreme Pizza

  • All purpose flour- 3 cups
  • Instant Yeast - 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum - 1
  • onion - 1
  • Tomato- 1
  • Babycorn - 2
  • Pizza spread - 2 tbsp
  • Mozerella cheese - 100 gms
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Oil- 1 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup-1 tbsp

How to make Veggie Supreme Pizza

  1. Take one cup of warm water, add in 2 tbsp of instant yeast and 1 tbsp of sugar and mix well. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix in 2 and 1/2 cup of the all purpose flour with salt and oil. Then pour the yeast mixture into it.
  3. Cover this bowl with a cling foil and leave it aside for 2 -3 hours (During winters it may take longer, however in the summers it takes 1-2 hours).
  4. After this time period, the size of the dough will double. Knead the dough with your hands and keep it aside again for another 2-3 hours.
  5. In the meantime, wash and chop the vegetables and grate the cheese. Also grease a butter paper and preheat the air fryer.
  6. Take the dough and make a roti type base using your hands, put the pasta spread on it and tomato ketchup as well.
  7. Sprinkle grated cheese on it. Set the vegetables on it and once again sprinkle some more grated cheese on top.
  8. Bake this pizza in an air fryer for 4-5 minutes at 150 degrees fahrenheit.
  9. Test with your fingers to check whether the base has been baked. Bake it on 180 degrees if the base is baked, otherwise let it bake on the same temperature for another 2-3 minutes.
  10. Your veggie supreme pizza is now ready!

My Tip:

Serve it with oregano and chilli flakes and tomato ketchup.
