Instant layered Dhokla snack

Ingredients to make Instant layered Dhokla snack

  • Dhokla- 500gms(store bought/homemade)
  • Green chutney(thick)-1/2 cup
  • Tomato ketchup- 1/2 cup
  • Grated fresh coconut- 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

How to make Instant layered Dhokla snack

  1. Keep all the ingredients ready , grate coconut and chop coriander leaves finely.Slice each piece of the ready made dhokla into half.
  2. Spread out the thick green chutney onto each sliced half and carefully sandwich with the other half on top.
  3. Now spread out tomato ketchup on top of the sandwiched pieces. Sprinkle the coconut and coriander on top of the ketchup.
  4. Transfer to a serving platter.
  5. Serve chilled with jaljeera/lemonade.
My Tip: Jazz up leftover dhokla like this for a different taste!
